Open Report after Download Checkbox:
A new checkbox has been added to the download dialogs for both Reports and Appointments, visible with a tooltip.
The checkbox is enabled only when a single item is selected (indicated by the 'X' in the first column). When no items or multiple items are selected, the checkbox is disabled or ignored.
By default, the checkbox is enabled. Any changes made to its state will be saved and restored the next time the dialog is used.
The settings for the Report and Appointment dialogs will be saved separately.
Improved Comment Window Navigation:
When opening the Comments window, the focus now starts on the first comment, making it quicker to navigate and select comments with the keyboard.
Tab navigation has been improved across the product, making it easier to move between fields.

(Select All) shortcut now works in more areas, allowing faster selection in grids.
New "Edit All Comments" Feature:
Added a new function to easily navigate and edit all populated comments in a report, similar to the "Edit All Photos" feature. This feature allows inspectors to review and edit each non-blank comment in the report for improved accuracy before publishing. It also stops at items excluded from the report, providing a complete review experience. General Info comments and Overview headers/footers are not included in this function, as per customer request.
In the "Go" menu, two new options are available:

A new "Edit All Comments" option has been added to the Find dropdown in the main toolbar.
Improved Visual Indicators for Excluded Items:
Added visual cues (red border/header) in the comment editor to clearly show when inspection items in excluded sections are omitted from the report.
Items in excluded sections will now have a grey background in the inspection items list for easier identification.
Resolved Issues
Fixed the bug where "&" saved as a default and is an auto comment would break the form.
Fixed the bug where selecting Cancel for "Do you want to save changes to this report?" will close the software without saving the report.
Fixed an issue where the Find Unanswered tool would not proceed if there was a placeholder image for the cover image.

We fixed a bug: When REPs schedule through ScheduleNow, they must add at least one customer. When customers schedule through ScheduleNow, they are not required to add a REP.
