FAQs

  • What do I do if my online payment is not going through?

If the error you received is regarding the billing address, cvv, or AVS Mismatch, that means that the card information that was entered does not match with what your financial institution has on file. Verify the information you are entering is correct and current, then try again.

If you continue to have issues making payment, contact your inspector for further troubleshooting.
