Real Estate Professional accounts are automatically created with an email. When your inspector adds a REP to a report, a new account may be generated if you have not updated your email contact information within your HomeGauge account. It is not uncommon for real estate professionals to move between companies, but if you desire for your reports to remain together, it is vital to keep your contact information up to date. Luckily, you have complete control over this information. You can also change the username, password, and more.
Editing Your Info
Login to account.HomeGauge.com. Locate your login info from a notification email from your inspector. If you can't locate your login information, you can reset your password here.
From your home screen, locate your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Click your name and select Update My Info.
From this page, edit the info that you wish to change. When Finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update My Info.
