Release Notes: Inspector Dashboard August 26th, 2026

Owner and Manager accounts can once again add, edit, hide, and delete Appointment Custom Fields in Schedule Now. Previously, these actions failed with a permissions error for most accounts.

Appointments containing unique Polish accented characters (ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż) no longer fail to save.

Fixed an issue where an inspector's logo would display the first time after upload but disappear on later agreements and notifications that use the logo merge field.

Payment records on the Payment Information page now show the customer's username rather than the first part of their email address. This keeps the payer identity consistent with the signed agreement and account info, which matters when submitting evidence for a chargeback dispute.

Password reset requests now work when you enter a secondary or tertiary email on file, not just your primary account email. Previously, no email was sent, and no error was shown.

The Recent Uploads panel on the welcome page no longer runs off the right edge of the window. The Allow, Sent, and Viewed columns and their controls are fully visible again.
