Sending Radon Agreement Email to REP
The Radon Agreements can be downloaded as PDF files by the REP and sent to the SELLER to be signed.

Scheduling the Appointment How do I Add, Edit, Delete, or Reschedule Appointments?

Locate the report folder on the dashboard on the All Reports screen

Find the corresponding report folder and click the Send Emails: Agreement link

For the Buyer: Uncheck the Send Email? to not resend your customer an email about agreements. When sending the emails after scheduling an appointment will have the instructions.

For the Buyer: Uncheck the View? Forward? Permissions for the Radon agreements you do not want your buyer to sign.

For the REP: Check View? Forward? Permissions for Radon agreements the REP's will need to download to send to the seller.
- Then click the Send Emails button.
The agreement name will be highlighted in red indicating user does not have permissions to View/Forward that document
The REPs will receive an email to log in and view the agreements. Once logged into the Rep dashboard, they can download the agreements as PDFs for them to send to the SELLER to be signed.
