Once you have completed a report and uploaded it for your customer's review, it is advisable to remove the report from your iOS device. Reports can occupy a significant amount of space on your device. Therefore, it is important to manage your reports to prevent unnecessary space consumption. By regularly deleting reports you no longer need, you can free up valuable storage space on your Companion device, ensuring its efficient performance.
- Tap the Menu button to access the options.
- Choose Open Report from the menu. This action will display a list of all the reports stored on your device.
- Long press (press and hold for approximately 1-2 seconds) the report you wish to delete. This action will prompt a menu with three options: Info, Delete, and Restore Backup.
- Select Delete from the menu, and the chosen report will be permanently removed. Repeat this process for each report you want to remove from your device.
Reports need to be deleted one at a time. There isn't a way to mass delete reports.
