Known Issue: Please note that if you select Preview and then publish a report, there is a known issue that prevents REPs and Customers from being able to create a CRL. This same issue impacts reports downloaded from the dashboard and trying to view in the Desktop Report Writer. Select Publish first and then publish the report to work around this issue. The good news is that the next version of the software will contain a fix for this problem.

Publish Report Functionality Update:

• Rebranded "Upload" as "Publish" across the platform wherever documents are published to the dashboard for backup and distribution purposes.

• Reordered the placement of the Publish (Upload) and Print buttons in the publishing options for a more intuitive user experience.

Misc Tab Reordering:

• Do you want to reorder the Misc tabs so the one you use more often is the first one? Well, now you have rearranged the order of the Misc tabs to suit your needs.

  

• Introduced a new tab arrangement, adding a "Help" tab as the first. The Help tab will be displayed as “New! Help” for the initial 10 views, then as “Help” afterward. This tab educates users about the new reordering functionality, accompanied by a screenshot of the updated context menu.

• You can easily relocate or hide the Help tab through the checkbox within the tab's contents. Once hidden, the Help tab cannot be made visible again.
