Resolved Issues

• We have updated the severity label icon for Safety Concern (a red stop sign with a white exclamation mark) to differentiate it from Major Concern (a red triangle with a white exclamation mark.) These changes can be seen in the Comments panel while working on an inspection and in the Detailed Report and Summary of the published report. These changes will also be carried over to the Systems, Locations, and Item Details views in a subsequent update.

• Fixed an issue where photos added to comments that were removed and then re-added to reports were still displaying on the report despite not being present in the editor. Removing and re-adding a comment from an inspection will no longer cause any previously added photos to appear on the published report.

Mobile apps may take a few days before they are available in the app stores.

Issues Resolved

• Addressed an issue preventing newly created Item Details from being deleted in some situations.

• Resolved an issue causing selection menus in Descriptions to remain open after selecting an option.
