Export Business Insights Reports to CSV

Inspectors can now export key Business Insights reports to CSV format from the Inspector Dashboard. The following report types now support CSV export:

• Revenue by Month and Service

• Inspections by Date Range

• Appointments per Lead Source

• Distance Traveled per Month

• Legacy Report Options

• Reports by REP / Customer

• Most Used Real Estate Professional by Uploaded Reports

Highlights:

• A “Download as .csv” option is now available on each report view.

• CSV files include all columns and values, with headers matching the report view.

• Files are named in the format: HG {report name} {date range}.csv.

• CSV downloads are disabled if no data is available for the selected report.

Improved Mobile Calendar Experience on Inspector Dashboard

To improve usability on mobile devices, the "Switch to Daily View" button has been removed from the calendar in the Inspector Dashboard when accessed via mobile browsers. Previously, clicking this button caused the calendar to disappear, creating confusion for inspectors.

This update is specific to mobile browsers on iOS and Android and does not impact the desktop version. Inspectors can now navigate the calendar smoothly on mobile without encountering this issue.

Square Footage Field Validation Update

We’ve improved the Appointment Creation experience by adding validation to the square footage field, which now only accepts numerical values. This update prevents errors caused by entering non-numerical characters and ensures smoother workflow when creating a customer or adding services. Inspectors will no longer encounter "please add a number" pop-ups, making appointment setup more intuitive and error-free.
