ScheduleNow Custom Fields moving into Early Access

ScheduleNow has been updated with support for Internal and External Custom Fields. This feature now enables the inspector to:

• Create and Manage custom fields for Homebuyers on ScheduleNow

• Create and Manage custom fields for inspection company staff in the IDB appointment

• Mark any field on ScheduleNow as required

• Remove default fields from ScheduleNow

• And use custom fields in the Notification Templates!

• Helpful Pop-Up for Status Changes: A new pop-up message appears when you try to change the status of an item that already has a comment with a set status. This message explains why you can’t change the status and helps you update or remove the comment to proceed.

• Missing Descriptions Fixed: We fixed a problem where descriptions you added in both the browser and mobile app disappeared after syncing from the mobile back to the browser.

• Username Consistency Fixed: Usernames are now treated the same regardless of uppercase or lowercase letters. Previously, using different capitalization caused login issues on the iOS app.
