- Fixed an issue where addresses containing extended Latin characters like “ñ” were not handled correctly when downloaded into Desktop Report Writer. These characters now appear as expected, removing the need for manual corrections.

“Select All” Checkbox for Unassigned Location
- Description: Inspectors can now quickly apply bulk actions using a new “Select All” checkbox within the Unassigned Location group in both Templates and Inspections.
- How to use: Navigate to the Unassigned Location group in either a template or inspection. If items are present, the “Select All” checkbox will appear, allowing you to select/deselect all visible items based on current filters.
Customer Name & Appointment Date in Inspection Menu
- Description: The inspection menu now displays the customer’s name and appointment date for quicker navigation and improved context.
- How to use: Open any inspection from the Web Report Writer dashboard. The new details will be shown in the header or inspection menu for at-a-glance reference.
Resolved Issues
- Section, Location, and Status names can now include parentheses “()”, improving compatibility with default templates and naming flexibility.
