New Features
Updates to Our Login Process and Security
We have updated the logic around our login process to make it more secure.
Change "Create Agreement" to "Finalize Agreement"
This is a minor wording change to make it more obvious there is an action required of the person creating the appointment so an agreement is attached to the appointment.
Remove the "Please Call Me Instead" Button
Based on feedback from our inspectors we have removed the "Please Call Me Instead" button from the online scheduling screens.
Change Email Template Name from "Public Appointment Scheduled" to "Public Appointment Requested"
This is a minor wording change to make it more obvious that the emails are used in the Public Appointment Request flow rather than Public Appointment Scheduling.
New Email Templates for Public Appointment Scheduling
These are new email templates used when a customer schedules an appointment through our new Public Appointment Scheduling feature. These templates are customizable by the inspector in the same manner the existing templates are.
This feature is currently in beta testing for single inspector firms only.
Various Improvements to the Public Appointment Scheduling Screens
We have made some usability and visual improvements to our new Public Appointment Scheduling user interface to make it easier to read and understand. This feature is currently in beta testing for single inspector firms only.
Support Canadian Addresses in Public Appointment Customer and REP Information Pages
Add "Province" to the State field and "Postal Code" to the Zip Code field.
Bugs and Fixes
Appointment Reminders Not Sent
Occasionally the automated process for sending appointment reminders encountered a problem and all emails were not sent. We have addressed this problem.
Unable to Set Maximum Days to 60
When entering 60 for the Maximum Days in Advance in Scheduling Defaults the value would be set to 1. This has been fixed and 60 can be entered successfully.
