Online Appointments for Single Inspector Companies
We will soon be opening our new online appointment scheduler to beta customers. This release of the online appoinment scheduler builds on our existing Online Appointment Request to allow single inspector companies to accept appointments through HomeGauge. The scheduler is base on configurable time slots. For more information and/or to be added to the list of beta customers please contact our support team at 828 254 2030.
This initial release only supports single inspector companies.

Bugs and Fixes
Requesting a BuildFax Report for a Different Address Places the Report in a Not Obvious Location
When requesting a BuildFax report using the link for an existing folder and the searched address is changed, we will create a new Folder for the BuildFax report instead of linking it to the original folder with a different address.
Agreement Signed for Appointment with No Time Sent Appointment Details to Customer in Agreement Signed Confirmation Email
For situations where there is not an appointment time set we no longer include the appointment information in the email.
Confusing Email Sent to Customer When Requested Appointment is Scheduled
When a customer requested an appointment and the appointment was subsequently scheduled the customer received an email that was a little cunfusing. The email indicated the appoointment was changed when the appointment was actually scheduled at that time. The email now indicates the appointment is scheduled.
