Call us at (828) 254-2030 and speak live with HomeGauge Support Team member Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. Note: If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message as we return calls in the order that they were received.
Without HG services:
After your 3 month trial has expired, if you choose not to use HG Services, you can contact us for free by email or through our Support Center and we usually respond within 24 business hours.
Benefits of the Live Service:
Get it solved right now, not later. Save time guessing and searching and let us help by answering your question and/or pointing you to the right link for help or guidance. Our live Support Team team can even provide remote support where we log in to your computer with you and share your screen to quickly see and fix the issue you're having.
Need after hours support?
If you have an after hours emergency, such as being unable to activate your HomeGauge Software or if you have a report that is too large to upload, you can leave a comment or question in one of these places below. We can't guarantee you'll get an immediate answer, but we will make an effort to help you in these special situations.
