How do I Enter my User Name and Password for Online Services?

To take advantage of Online Services you must be logged in to the software with the username and password you created when you signed up. To read more about Online Services (click here). If you cannot remember your username/password (click here) to have it emailed to you.

The HomeGauge User Name will connect you to important services like your Cloud Templates and Settings, User Settings, Online Appointments, and HomeGauge Dashboard.

Be sure to do this on every computer or device you use for report writing.

1. Open the HomeGauge Software
2. At the top of the screen click HG Services > Enter Inspector HG Username
   
   
3. Enter your username and password. Optionally check the box next to Always Remember Password
   
4. Click OK.

Now you can take advantage of the features HG Services has to offer.
