How do I Download Online Appointments into the Companion?

Once an appointment has been created on the HomeGauge dashboard you can download it into your companion. Downloading will transfer your customers and realtors contact information, and report information from the appointment into a new report. This saves you from having to input the information twice!

Download Appointments into the HomeGauge Companion

Android 

1. Open the HomeGauge Companion app.
2. Open the main menu and navigate to HG Services.
3. Tap the Download Appointments button on the main screen.
4. Tap to select any appointments you'd like to download, then click Download.
5. Tap the 3 dots in the upper-right to open the menu, then choose Open Report.
6. Select the downloaded report from Menu > Open Report to begin the inspection.

iOS

1. Open the HomeGauge Companion app.
2. Open the main menu and navigate to HG Services.
3. Tap View Appointments.
4. Tap Import in the top right corner.
5. Tap which appointments you would like and click Save in the top right corner.
6. Select the downloaded report from Menu > Open Report to begin the inspection.
