Customers failing to sign in can have several causes.
- Problem: Customer entering username and password incorrectly.
- To eliminate any inconsistencies, have the customer sign in at https://www.homegauge.com/login.html.
- Have the customer directly type the username and password from the notification email or password reset email, ensuring that caps lock is off. When copying and pasting, an empty space is often copied over which will break the login.
- Problem: Customer email was entered incorrectly.
