To view or export a .csv list of reports saved on your computer, utilize the Report Stats and Business Report functions of the software. It's important to note that only reports stored locally on your computer will appear in these software-generated reports. For a more comprehensive reporting experience, we suggest using Business Insights located on the Inspector Dashboard, especially if you utilize appointments. Report Stats
The Report Statistics Window shows different statistics based on the reports stored on your computer.
- Open the Desktop Report Writer software
- Click Office
- Click Report Stats
- Choose a time period
- Choose a criteria
- Click Go
- To save the information as a .csv, click Save CSV
- Then, choose where to save the .csv report file
Business Report
The Business Report Window exports a .csv list of the reports stored on your computer. The following is an example list with one report. Included are the Report ID, Date, Customer Name, Inspection Address, Inspection City, Inspection State, Inspection Zip, Payment Status, Payment Method, Payment Note, Referral, and Fee.
- Open Desktop Report Writer
- Click Office
- Click Business Report
- Select Start and End Date
- Then, choose where to save the .csv report file
