How to Use Business Insights on Inspector Dashboard

Use Business Insights when you want to quickly see or export a .csv list of the appointments, invoices, and reports on the Inspector Dashboard. Business insights pulls information from uploaded reports and appointments. If you do not use appointments and inspection services on the dashboard you will not be able to gather information based on those fields. Business Insights

Business Insights can be found on your Inspector Dashboard in the left hand menu. There are four options to choose from and find information: By Revenue, By Inspections, By REP/ Customer, CRL Usage.

By Revenue

The information for these reports comes from the Payments feature. The dates used in these reports are based on the created date of the invoice.

Revenue per Month
Paid Invoices totaled by month. Payment is reflected as paid on the date invoiced not the date paid.

1. Choose a Date Range
   
2. Click Generate Report
3. Results will be listed based on Date Range
   

Revenue per Service
Most used services and total revenue over a specified time period.

1. Choose Date Range
2. Click Generate Report
3. Results will be listed based on Date Range
   

By Inspections 

Appointments per Month by Inspector
The number of appointments assigned to inspectors broken down by month.

1. Choose Inspector
   
2. Choose Date Range
3. Click Generate Report
4. Results will be listed based on Date Range
   
5. Click Download Appointment List CSV for full list of appointment information about ID, Report ID, Time, Address, City, State, Postal Code, County, Country, Referral, Year Built, Square Footage, Bedrooms, Full Baths, Half Baths, Services, Services Fees, Invoice Total, Inspector, Customer Information, and Realtor Information.

Lead Sources
Most used lead sources for appointments over a specified date range.

2. Click Generate Report
   

Distance Traveled per Month
Total distance traveled per month, shortest distance, longest distance, average distance.

2. Click Generate Report
   

Uploaded Reports per Month
Folders uploaded per month and inspector.

3. Click Generate Report
   

Uploaded Inspections Per City
Folders uploaded per city over a specified date rage.

Uploaded Reports per Zip / Postal Code
Folders uploaded per zip / postal code over a specified date range.

By REP / Customer

Best used to pull a list of Customers and Realtors and their contact information based on the number of uploaded documents they were attached to for a given date range.

List of CRLs created by Address, Inspector, Date Created, and Created By.
