When an Appointment is scheduled, but no documents (such as an agreement or invoice) have been created yet, it will not be listed under the My Reports screen on your dashboard which prevents the assigned inspector from taking payment. This can also happen if you are in a multi-inspector firm and an admin schedules an appointment for another inspector.
You can still take payment for this appointment by following the steps below:
- Click Appointments > Calendar
- Navigate to the correct date on your calendar and find the appointment
- Hover over the appointment card and click the credit card icon:
- On the next screen, click Take Payment
