How do I use the HomeGauge Sketch Tool? (with Video)

Instead of adding a photo or existing drawing to your report, you can also create a sketch inside of HomeGauge. Follow the steps below or watch the video to learn how to use this tool.

Adding a sketch to an inspection item

1. With a template selected or a report open, click any component on the left pane and then choose an inspection item.
2. In the comment box below, left click the gray image area and click Insert Sketch.
   
   
3. The Sketch editor window will appear. You can hover over any of the icons to see what each tool does. There are a lot of useful tools to explore, be sure to give them all a try!

Saving a custom object for future use
