- In a web browser, navigate to support.homegauge.com
- Locate the Chat button near the bottom of the page.
- Click the button and type your question in the text field. Hit the Enter button on your keyboard to start the chat.
- Click the Menu button (viewed as three dots) to access the chat options.
- When you are finished with the chat, click the End Chat button.
*Please note that the chat will end if you leave the tab. If our support member asks you to navigate away from the chat page (such as to your HomeGauge Dashboard), please open a new tab by clicking a new tab button.
