HomeGauge offers many ways of contacting support for questions and technical support. You can reach us by phone, by email, and through live-chat.
To reach us by phone, call (828) 254-2030 ex. 1. Click here for our hours of operation. If we are experiencing high call volumes you may have to leave a voicemail. We will return your call as possible.
To reach us by email, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If sent during hours of operation, we will reply swiftly. If sent outside of hours of operation, we will reply as soon as possible.
- In a web browser, navigate to www.support.homegauge.com.
- Locate the Chat button near the bottom of the page.
- Click the button and type your question in the text field. Hit the Enter button on your keyboard to start the chat.
- Click the Menu button (viewed as three dots) to access the chat options.
- When you are finished with the chat, click the End Chat button.
If you leave the tab for whatever reason, the chat will end. If the support member asks you to navigate away from this page (for instance, your HomeGauge Dashboard), please open a new tab by clicking a new tab button.
