When working with a team you may need to move reports between inspectors. HomeGauge offers the owners and managers of the company the ability to move and distribute cloud reports within their team.

Sharing Cloud Reports With Other Inspectors
- Upload a report to the cloud from the desktop report writer. Go to HG Services > Send Report to Cloud. For more information on how to send a report to the cloud (click here).
- Select a report and place an X next to it. Click Transfer. The report is now transferred to the cloud.
- Log onto your Dashboard at www.homegauge.com.
- On the side menu click My Reports > Cloud Transfers.
- Under Report Transfers, you should see the report that you had sent to the cloud.
- Click the check box next to the report you want to transfer.
- Select the desired team member from the drop down menu.
- Click the Copy Reports button.
- Have the team member download the report by going to HG Services > Get Report from Cloud either on the desktop report writer or the HG Companion.
Retrieving Cloud Reports From Other Inspectors
- Log onto your Dashboard at www.homegauge.com
- On the side menu click My Reports > Cloud Transfers.
- Change the inspector by clicking the top most drop down and select the name of the team member who has the report you want to retrieve.
- You will now be viewing your team member's cloud reports. Click the check box you want to receive.
- Verify that you are listed as the recipient.
- Click Copy Reports to copy the report to your cloud.
- You can now download the report by going to HG Services > Get Report From Cloud on either the desktop report writer or the HG Companion.
This process can only be done by a lead inspector or anyone else in the team who has manager status. If you have a team member that needs to have administration privileges in order to transfer reports, please contact HomeGauge support at (828) 254-2030 or support@homegauge.com.
