To further mitigate the issues that users are experiencing due to newer browser requirements, we have implemented a redirect for requesting an appointment when an iFrame is being used. Users will see a "Request an Appointment" button that will open a new window for them with the appointment request.
Within the agreement details screen, the "Printable Version" is replaced by individual agreement detail screens that are presented as PDFs for immediate downloading and easy printing. Also, the agreements are now PDFs instead of web pages.
The agreement status is updated to a printer-friendly format. Previously, the text would run off of the page.
