Improvements
- Improved validation of scheduling limits on the Inspector Dashboard. This benefits the usability of ScheduleNow's configuration on the Inspector Dashboard.

- Fix for issue where TRM emails did not display the inspection company name in the email's FROM: field. This fix will reduce confusion of TRM recipients and improve our product white-labeling, helping inspectors with their marketing efforts.

- Fix for issue where buyers or sellers could attempt to create a CRL from a document with the wrong type (e.g. from an invoice uploaded with inspection report document type). This would result in an error message. Now, the system will check the document and ensure it's the correct type. Improvements
- Improvement to user experience where no inspections have been uploaded for a user to view.
- Improvement to message user receives after forwarding a report. The success message now includes the recipient emails.
- Improvement to the user experience when user tries to rate/review an inspector they've already rated/reviewed. Users will now see the rating (out of 10) and review text they gave previously.
- Improved the UI behavior of the inspection cards on the My Inspections page to give clear indication that the entire card is clickable.
- Improvement to the inspection card UI to include Address 2 line of the inspected property address.
Bugfixes
- Fix for an issue where users could not view a PDF report on iOS. For iOS users, PDF reports are now opened in a new tab using the browser's PDF converter.
- Fix for an issue where a user with an expired session can get stuck in a refresh loop. Now, users with an expired session will redirect the user to the login page.
- Fix for issue where invoices the inspector manually marked paid can't be viewed by the user.

- Improved feedback to user by adding a summary of progress. As users proceed through ScheduleNow, they'll see a summary of their info on the right (not available for mobile).
- Per beta inspector request, improved info collection for users. Buyers/sellers using ScheduleNow can now add their agent's info, and agents using ScheduleNow can now add their buyer's/seller's info.

- The number of cloud transfer slots has been increased from 5 to 10.
- The cloud transfer size is increased from 200 MB to 300 MB.
- The max upload size is increased form 100 MB to 200 MB.
- A new Privacy Center page is available to authenticated users (all). The Privacy Center displays the current consents/offers available to the user.

- The Customer Invoice Description field has been limited to 250 characters to circumvent failures that were occurring when submitting payments to eProcessing.
- Previously, we were only sending confirmation emails to a single inspector if multi-inspector were associated with an inspection. Now, all inspectors associated with an appointment will get an agreement signed notification.

This will ensure that customers are able to access the configured public scheduling option regardless of the code found on the inspector's website.

- A simplified error will be shown to inspectors in the event of the optional description field on an invoice exceeding the 512 character limit.
Improvements
- Inspectors can now see agreements that were created for an appointment prior to the inspector being added to the appointment. This is anticipated to help with multi-inspector firms that may need to re-assign an appointment.

- To further mitigate the issues that users are experiencing due to newer browser requirements, we have implemented a redirect for requesting an appointment when an iFrame is being used. Users will see a "Request an Appointment" button that will open a new window for them with the appointment request.

- Within the agreement details screen, the "Printable Version" is replaced by individual agreement detail screens that are presented as PDFs for immediate downloading and easy printing. Also, the agreements are now PDFs instead of web pages.
- The agreement status is updated to a printer-friendly format. Previously, the text would run off of the page.

- A warning is added to the Inspector Dashboard regarding the impact of deleting signed agreements. Once a signed agreement is deleted, it cannot be recovered and the evidence of signatures will be lost.
- The pending customer viewing color coding is updated. It is used to indicate that a person with permission to a report has been notified of the report within the last 12 hours but they have not yet viewed the document.

ScheduleNow's newest feature enables inspectors to decide whether or not a public appointment request will block their online calendar. This feature emulates the current Request Appointment functionality with the added benefit of providing an accurate view of your confirmed availability in a more modern user interface.
Electing to disable the blocked time slots gives you the option to chose your appointments and means your customers and real estate professionals can request a specific date and time without blocking other customers.
A real world use case for this came from an inspector who services a large region and couldn't allow customers to dictate the order of his appointments. Now he will have the option to chose which appointment (if multiple) works best for him based on location.
