For appointments have Google powered search field for addresses that will auto populate as soon as you start typing. It pulls similar addresses and narrows it down the more you type. but once its 'found' and selected it auto fills the state, zip, and county fields.
Bugfixes
-
Fixed bug where requesting an appointment through ScheduleNow created the appointment as expected, but services attached to the appointment don't appear in the appointment details from the inspector dashboard.

Improvements
- ScheduleNow time slots are pre-populated with default values to allow for appointments to be scheduled. Inspectors can configure the public time slots in order to override the values. These values are not populated for inspectors associated with multi-inspector firms that have had times populated.
Populated values:
M - F 9 AM - 12 PM
M - F 1 PM - 4 PM
HomeGauge Shopping Cart
Improvements
- HomeGauge's shopping cart now allows users to select from payment cards that are already on file or add a new card at the time of purchase. The cart will default to the active card on file. Users can manage their service payment methods through the Inspector Dashboard.

- Customers and Real Estate Professionals are able to update their contact details (phone numbers, email, and company) directly from ScheduleNow once they have logged into their account.

- Users were incorrectly presented with an error when longer comments were being left in ScheduleNow. This is corrected and we no longer display a validation error. The comment length is controlled in the box itself.

- On February 24, 2021, we removed access to Request appointment for all new inspectors. Also, inspectors who have enabled ScheduleNow cannot go back to the Request functionality without contacting HomeGauge support. Our purpose in doing this is to gain an understanding as to why you would want to access the functionality again. We want to make sure we are implementing the most important improvements into ScheduleNow and your feedback will help with that.

- To receive appointment notifications via text, you will need to configure your SMS address on the HomeGauge Dashboard. Navigate to Appointments > Inspector Settings on your HomeGauge Dashboard.

- The Appointments map view in the Inspector Dashboard now shows the correct location for appointments schedule through ScheduleNow. The coordinates for the home are provided by Google Maps.
