What HomeBuyer PLUS solutions does HomeGauge offer?
HomeGauge aims to enhance the overall homebuying experience by offering various homebuyer solutions. These solutions are designed to provide additional value to homebuyers and help them make informed decisions. HomeGauge has partnered with trusted companies to offer three primary homebuyer services: Home Insurance quotes, Home Security consultations, and Moving services.
What does it mean to enable one or more HomeBuyer Plus services?
Enabling homebuyer services refers to making these services available to your customers as a home inspector. However, it's essential to note that enabling these services does not mean your customers will automatically receive calls or offers from the vetted partners. The customers must explicitly opt-in if they want information from partnered companies. This opt-in approach gives customers control over their experience and ensures they only receive offers they are interested in.
What HomeBuyer PLUS services do my customers have access to by default?
By default, new companies will enable all available HomeBuyer PLUS services for their customers. This can easily be changed by contacting our Support team.
What HomeBuyer PLUS services do my customers have access to?

How can I change the HomeBuyer Plus services my customers can access?
If an inspector wants to modify the HomeBuyer PLUS services available to customers, they can contact the HomeGauge Support team. The support team will be able to enable or disable specific services on the inspector's behalf. While Home Insurance quotes are essential and cannot be disabled due to their significance in the home buying process, other services can be adjusted per the inspector's preferences.
Why can't I make these changes myself?
Our Product team is considering this as a future feature, but for now, you'll need to contact the HomeGauge Support team to turn HomeBuyer PLUS services on or off.
Can I exclude a single customer or REP from receiving these homebuyer services?
Our Product team is considering this as a future feature. For now, all customers will be presented with the homebuyer services enabled in your account.
How can I disable Home Insurance for my customers?
Home Insurance cannot be turned off for your customers. As it is a fundamental piece of the home buying process, all customers can take advantage of a no-obligation Home Insurance quote.
However, for all other homebuyer services, the HomeGauge Support team can deactivate or activate these on your behalf.
So that you know, homebuyer services do not mean your customer will be called. Your customers MUST OPT-IN to be contacted by any of our vetted partners. Enabling these homebuyer services lets your customers review the offers from vetted partners you have enabled and decide whether or not it is right for them.
