There may be items you'd like to be excluded from the inspection report or from your view while conducting an inspection. By marking an item with the status N/A it will remove the item from the published report. If all items within a particular system are marked as N/A, the entire
the system is removed from the final report.
You can hide or show items with the status N/A. Adding a comment to the item the status will update automatically based on the comment. This removes the N/A status and the item will update with the new status.
- Click on the status icon to the left of the Item to reveal the choices
- Select Not Applicable from the list
- Click Hide N/A on the top to hide the items N/A from the view
