Easier ways to add photos to a concern

Improved photo workflow with less clicks when adding new or existing photos to comments.

Configure your Disclaimers for all new Inspections

Disclaimers can be set by default (or turned off if previously enabled) via your inspection Template.

Change the way you view the Items in your Inspection

You can now do a sort of the items in your Systems view by locations or in your Locations view by systems. Just select the "Sort Items" button in the top right corner of the item list view.

Bugs Resolved

Inspectors have reported being sent to the login screen when navigating away from the Web Writer app and then coming back to complete their inspection. We have implemented a fix that should circumvent this logout issue.

• Property Condition Summary "Save" and "Cancel" buttons are disabled when there are no changes

• Fix visual issues in mobile apps found during testing

• Multi-Select checkboxes are being cleared after an action on the Locations page

• Easily export your photos while in the Photos View by tapping the ⋮ menu icon, then tap "Export Photos"

• The System and Location ordering changes made in your template will now be reflected in the app

• These changes have been rolled out automatically to our web client so connecting via any browser will get you access.

• iOS and Android app users will see the changes in a future update.

HomeBuyer Dashboard

The HomeBuyer Dashboard now displays Inspector and Real Estate Professionals profile photos on the My Team section of a report.

This applies automatically when you upload a profile picture.

Upload a Photo - Real Estate Professional

• Log in to the HomeGauge Real Estate Professional dashboard

• Once logged in select the “Profile Picture” option in the side menu to launch the Profile Picture & Personalized Message window

• Select the “Choose File” option and upload the photo of your choice from the inspector dashboard.

• Once you have chosen a photo from your PC, the file name is displayed:

• Select “Update My Info” to save your profile photo
