Merchant ID Display

As part of the Surcharge notification forms for Visa and Mastercard, you will need to provide your Merchant ID. We have started displaying your ID on the Inspector Dashboard to make it easier to locate your Merchant ID.

Select "HomeGauge Payments" in the side menu and The Merchant ID is displayed at the top of the page:

Import Payers’ Addresses from Contacts

As an improvement to the Inspection Dashboard, we have added the ability to automatically import a HomeBuyer or REP's address from their contact information when taking payment:

This feature makes the addresses of any contact associated with a report available for import. Only the address information associated with the contact will be imported - any missing information is excluded.

Navigate to Start and End of My Reports List

Quickly jump to your oldest or newest reports in the list by using new “Start” and “End” buttons on the reports page.

Web Writer

Bugs Resolved

Texas reports published from Web Writer were not showing the inspector's name in the Property Inspector Report section. It was still present in the standard cover page detail about this section. This is now corrected, and the name is present in both locations.
Special characters that are often found in an inspector's license will now display properly in a published Web Writer report.
Oops! We broke the hide/show used button on the photo selector. Should be good to go now.

How do I get the update?

These changes have been rolled out automatically to our web client so connecting via any browser will get you access.
iOS and Android app users will see the changes in a future update (1.10.0).
