Summary Items Being Missed

Up until recently, items marked in the TR column were automatically marked in the General Summary in the bottom left of the template screen and included in the summary. This has stopped functioning and risk possibly missing summary items being included. Not sure if or how I may have inadvertently changed a setting - any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
