WTF2 reps and changing email addresses.
Riddle me this: How is it I can create a rep for a home inspection and they receive the report just fine but I can't go in and change their email at a later point when they switch offices, etc. You say they can call in and have you do it and you can do it. You weren't there when I originally created their account so why can't I make that change for them? What I'm drilling down to is there has to be a better way.
