WTF2 reps and changing email addresses.
Riddle me this: How is it I can create a rep for a home inspection and they receive the report just fine but I can't go in and change their email at a later point when they switch offices, etc. You say they can call in and have you do it and you can do it. You weren't there when I originally created their account so why can't I make that change for them? What I'm drilling down to is there has to be a better way.
It seems to me that HG see's their relationship with our clients/reps as independent of us. That is why I'm getting phone calls from clients complaining about being solicited for homeowners' insurance (I didn't know HG was doing this independently). I have always unchecked those boxes because it looks cheap and shabby imho to sell my clients under the bus to solicitors.
Our clients and reps don't know HG is independent and don't really care. It is just a confusing mess. I have complained about the username/email issue and I don't think you will get any intelligent responses from HG.
