A new Commercial Roof form is now available for all inspectors to download from the Resources Page (https://www.homegauge.com/inspector/shgi/resources.html).

Bugs Resolved

• A bug that caused users to see the error message "Error- not able to find gateway account" has been fixed.

• The "Pay Now" button in the inspector profile is now visible to all users.

• Carbon copy email reminder notifications are once again being sent to email addresses specified by inspectors.

• After a recent infrastructure change, appointments began using the State abbreviations in the Country field. This is now resolved.

Multiple Inspection Templates

We are looking for inspectors to help us test new template functionality in Web Writer. With this new feature, you will be able to move beyond a single inspection template to configure multiple templates to suit your inspection needs.
Potential use cases we have heard from our inspectors:

• Create a pre-dry wall template with limited items, specific disclaimers, and pre-set descriptions to help you move through the inspection faster.

• Create a fast template that can be used for reinspection. Set the core items as inspected so you only need to alter those items that have unresolved concerns.

• Know you will be inspecting a duplex? Set up a template with multiple locations that have unique items before you get on that job site.

360 Images
You will soon be able to add 360-degree images to your Web Writer inspection reports! This new feature will allow you to display 360-degree images within the Home-tour section or you can highlight a specific concern by adding it to a comment.
