Hey Ricardo! I moved this to the Product Feedback section so the Product team can get a better look at it. There's a lot of really good info in here, and it demonstrates the entire workflow, I'll make sure our product team checks it out!

I would encourage/challenge you folks to add a new approach of inspecting first, then add the item into Web-writer (an adaptable approach from the traditional one).

    1. Have a floating group of items (like the water heater items, Air condenser items, etc.) in Web-writer (which you already have).
    2. A guide (or AI) to help complete the inspection or to know which items have not been checked yet (like in yellow, or something). This would be during the inspection process, not the pre-configure items in the beginning.

    Have a great day

On the last comment item #2 (guide): First, once the inspection item picture has been taken. You would choose if this is a "Plumbing", "Electrical", "Roof", "Unknown", etc. in a list or matrix or something. It would need to be further refined by testing, to see if Web-writer can identify which comment was made and what next item would need to be checked (group identified and a logical suggestion can be offered for the next shot). Web-writer would strive to complete/close the group of items (water heater).

Great future feature, to help avoid adding to many pictures. Add two images into one, for example when both kitchen sink valves are corroded (hot & cold). Not only could you add split image, but you would still be able to use the zoom bubble window tool. Just a suggestion on your graphic tool box upgrade.

The desktop graphic tool is not very good on viewing the images, there to small. I usually use the Microsoft file explorer, so I can see the image much closer in detail (also love the edit feature to level images). Is it possible to have a pop-out tab feature in the web browser, so that when editing (like drawing arrows, circles, etc. or zoom) can be much easier.

    Hi Ricardo!

Tyler did as he said he would and pointed us to your awesome suggestions. It sounds like we have an opportunity to map out some of these ideas to see how we could implement them into either Web Writer and/or the Desktop Companions as you suggested. I will look through our backlog to see if we have existing tickets we can couple these ideas with or if we need to create more. Either way, we will be sure to link you to those tickets so you get updates as we work on them.

Also, if you haven't already done so, we would love it if you would sign up for our Beta program. It sounds like you could really help us as we continue to improve on our products!

My Samsung tablet updated to android 11 this week and I did my first inspection with the new camera app. Like the OK /  Retry option. Agree with adding the grid lines,  I had that enabled in my previous camera app!

It would be nice if landscape photos taken in the new in-built camera app were automatically flipped upright.

Great update, not with all the features yet - but definitely in the right direction. Excellent work guys!

I would LOVE a watermark ability... and with choice colors...like orange. For company name on photos : D

Now, if you could add an annotation features, like an arrow, circle, line, and rectangle. Bonus, feature would be able to remove the annotations later (like in the review and discover the arrow is in the way). Another great feature would be, have store and use meta data in the image - like a one word choice from the list on the final camera image selection, like "Bathroom 2", "Water Heater 1", "Other", etc. This would help sort/find images faster.

This might be a separate product, but I believe the camera can do the whole show, then review the work with your cloud app. As you take your final approved image, you search your key word(s) to find your commentary, if not found. Tap to add, which is a voice or type in response. Could this be stored in the image meta data or be associated with that image would be great.
