Disclaimers - permanent/one time use: For a disclaimer already on the disclaimer list, it would be very helpful to be able to have a button to change a disclaimer from one time use to permanent and back to one time use. Example: When winter comes, I'd like to be able to place a disclaimer permanently in all reports; "Snow covered, limited inspection of....." When summer arrives, take it off of the permanent designation. This same button will be helpful for several other disclaimer situations including some long disclaimer narratives. Yes, there is a button for "Permanent" that is available when first entering a disclaimer, but it is no longer available once the disclaimer is added to the disclaimer list. In addition, if I screw up and don't designate a disclaimer to be permanent in future reports, there is no way to fix that less deleting/re-entering the disclaimer.
Comment category title edit: It will be very helpful to be able to edit the comment category name. The NACHI SOP has a requirement to document the location of things like the sewer clean out, main water supply shut off valve, etc. I can put these items in "Compliments" under a category I created that's labeled "Sewer cleanout location", "Water shut off valve location" with a picture. I'd like to be able to change the "Compliments" label to "FYI" or "Observations". At the same time, I do not like the "Major" category title, but wish to be able to change it to "Important". "Major" panics some buyers and "Important" is a better word for that category.

Is the ability to have a button to change disclaimers and descriptions to and from permanent in all inspections still an active issue? It is time consuming to have to go through these items on each inspection and click on them to be on the report. Sometimes an item that is usually permanent does not apply to a property. There is no button to make it permanent again.

Second question; "Comments" section; is there an active request to have a button added to comments, such that when making a one time change to a comment, that a button is available to "make change permanent" or "one time use". Without such a button, comments become corrupted, requiring careful reading of all comments in each report to make sure a corrupted comment is not included in the new report. Time consuming....
