Every time I start a new report nothing is saved.  I've tried to save disclaimers, delete items, edit items, etc.  I even click for it to be automatic on future reports.  No matter what, I always end up with the original template every time.  It's lots of time and effort wasted every time

  Hi Travis,

  This may be a good opportunity to call into the support team to see if we can get a screenshare set up and check out what's going on.
