Report login form and Godaddy sites

I have a website hosted on Godaddy and when I copied the code for the report login form, it will not work on my website. The login boxes are there, but when you enter the info it just creates a loop that wont go anywhere. Is anyone here using Godaddy and been able to get the report login form to work? I dont know much about websites, but I did read about the report not working right if the website uses Iframes. The list Wix and Squarespace, but dont list Godaddy for sites that may not work properly. 

 

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate the info.

  Hello Charles,

  I saw that you contacted support about this issue and I was wondering if you ever got this issue resolved.

  The problem is that the login code to HomeGauge is inside an iFrame.

  Some websites like Wix or GoDaddy use iFrames frequently. On your website it appear to fail for me on log in but then redirected successfully. Depending on the browser it may redirect or it may fail and keep your customers on that page.

  Either way having the code outside of an iFrame will work regardless of browser.
