License experation
AnsweredI purchased Home Gauge with the understanding that it was a lifetime purchase. My ownership has been recently closed to access. This isn't the first time. I paid $99.00 dollars for the companion and never got service or a refund. What's going on with all the lies. I paid my monies and expected the service. Is it or is it not a lifetime agreement?

Good morning, Aiden, the remedy to my activation has not been resolved. I have loaded the templets into, Documents, the templet section does not open and load templets. ALL BOXES are blank, and the software is still useless. Can you send me a copy of program as agreed upon purchase. I am sure HomeGauge has this capability. At this point it's starting to look like extortion to bulk on our agreement. It's been a long weekend trying to repair HomeGauge software.

Hi Alton, it looks like you're in contact with Support on this. The license seems to have been activated, but the installer for HomeGauge 4 didn't include templates. A Support Team member sent you templates and instructions on where to move the template files so they show in the software.

I have placed them inside the residential templets. The screen shot is what I have come up with. The they don't show up inside program. I have done what you have asked. How do we get this resolved.
