Is it possible to manually upload a reinspection report into Companion from a file on my phone (versus a web upload to the cloud from my desktop)?

kept getting an error when trying to upload a reinspection file to the cloud from my desktop. I saw a thread on how to upload a file to companion, but it seems related to templates. I tried  putting the inspection folder in a homegaauge/report folder on my phone, but didn't see the report when I do the open command in Companion.
