How to mimic "add new itemized comment" in web writer?

We are trying the web writer software, but are running into lots of little concerns, one of which is adding a new itemized comment to a particular section. For example, the house I inspected this morning has three exterior doors, each of which have a different defect or concern. Wondering if anyone has any best practice ideas for documenting this using web writer?
