Error mesages
I can't seem to download from the cloud as it says I need to close a report.. I don't have any open. Then it says Error unpacking template/settings file. I have no problems on my tablet or my desk computer.I removed and re-installed the software on my laptop. Bad timing as I have an inspection in three days

There is always a report “open” even if you haven't explicitly opened one.
Allow the software to close the report and it should make the error go away.

The error with unpacking templates or settings is often caused by there items being stored on a cloud drive.
