After a phased rollout to our Extra Care Inspectors only, HomeGauge is now providing ALL HomeGauge Inspectors with even more support!
Starting September 1st, 2020, our Support Team will be extending support hours from 9am-5pm EST, to 9am-8pm EST Monday through Friday, for ALL HomeGauge Inspectors! These extended hours include support for Software Sales, Extra Care, Technical Support, and Billing Requests only.
Using these new support hours is simple. You can chat via support.homegauge.com, email the team, or call our regular support line and leave a voicemail with basic call back information. You will receive a call from one of our Support Team Members as soon as they become available.
As we continue to grow and adapt to provide you with the best tools in the industry, we hope this extension provides a little extra time to get the support you need, from the team you trust.
