"Additional Items" in the "Concern" section on Web Writer

I posted this in an answered post, and reposting it:

I've been moving my comments from HHZ to Webwriter. I've had a couple comments randomly come up with an "Additional Information" section located after "Suggested Action". How can I get that to happen all the time? I made regular use of the "Additional Information" section in HHZ.  I want to be able to have that "Additional Information" section available as an option on all comments.

  Thanks for calling out the need for this field. I logged a request with our team to make the "Other Information" field available for editing. That is the field that includes some of the Additional Information text available that Edwin was referencing. I will link you both to that ticket so you are updated once it is available in the product.

  I totally agree with Mike, this is essential. Right now I'm making do by adding additional information in the Suggested Action section, then having the actual instructions to do at the end of the Suggested Action box. It appears that HG's import of HHZ's default comments included some Additional Info text but then some bright spark at HG decided that inspectors don't need it. Now we have a half-baked concoction.
