Web Writer PDF formatting

The current Web Writer PDF format is lacking. It has no page numbers and excessive white space -- sometimes a single heading on a page. For the record, I use ISN for the business backbone, therefore PDF is essential.

Please add some controls over the report layout and the PDF version. Would like to see the option to sort it differently, to have page numbers so clients can reference defects in repair requests by page number instead of having to reference it by defect description (which is not always unique). Most importantly though, is the ability to reduce the embarrassingly excessive white space.

  We are currently working on upgrading our PDF software which should allow us to implement some of the items you have outlined. The initial release with that upgrade is currently going through internal review and we hope to make it available in the near future.
