`Create a Summary without non-issue comments showing

Good morning,

 

I would like to be able to control what goes into the Summary report. For example, for furnace, a/c and water heater I comment on their age but I don't want that to show up in the Summary with issues such as rust on housing or something.  

Thoughts?

  Then I would just not check the defects box, that way it won't go into the summary and it just becomes a note to the client as an fyi.
