I was wondering if anyone else feels that the companion app and the web writer should just be combined into one app with the best features from each one. So far I'm not liking the experience with the web writer but love the companion app. I know the photo issue for web writer is queued, I also don't like having to put input disclaimers that should already be put into the report just like the desktop version. So basically all three versions of HG could be condensed into one app. The comments of web writer are nice although they don't cover everything. I've built auto comments of my own over time so its kind of a bummer to have to try and do it again, so it would be nice if all that could be synced together. Just my thoughts.

I would love to hear more about the features you like from the other products that we can try to carry forward into Web Writer. At this point, we are not able to combine the products because they are built completely differently, but that doesn't mean we can't take some of those features that inspectors enjoy and try to move them forward.
Disclaimers
When you add a new disclaimer in the Web Writer, it gives you the option to automatically include the disclaimer on new inspections. Would applying this functionality to the library meet your needs?
Photo Issue
Would you mind sharing a bit more about what you mean by photo issue? Just want to make sure we are tracking on the same issue/s.
Comment Import & Building a Robust LibraryWe are still looking into ways to allow inspectors to import or utilize pre-existing comment libraries. Don't give up on this dream yet. We hear you and other inspectors about the importance of this issue.
