It would be more streamline if the order of the Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Manufacture, etc. stayed in the same order on every item. How I write it is; Brand, M/N, S/N, Date of Manufacture. How ever it is done, consistency and routine are very important to me.

  Thank you both for this reminder that we need to get that updated. We had it on our internal list of improvements, and I should have known that inspectors would catch that inconsistency too! I am turning this post into a ticket for us to officially track on. I have no doubt that Darren will be happy enough to follow-up with me if we don't get it moving fast enough. :)

  AGREED!  I asked for the same thing in the same order. Standardize the basic information across all items. If inspectors want to add other items they should always be added after the basic standardized info.
