Is there a way to add Items under SYSTEMS? 

Garage, Sprinkler, Well, Septic. ? Add on items.

Can we change names of the Items under SYSTEMS.

 

I made the mistake of trying Spectora trial version, then coming back and trying Web Writer....the price is the thing holding me back.

I fell we went from a Home inspection company who made software for inspectors to a Software company who are trying to make inspectors use the software the way a software designer would. 

I have been with HG for 16 years now.

  You should call support and talk to Caitlin; You cannot change names under Systems (Appliances, Balconies, Exterior etc). Items within Systems can be changed; under Building Exterior there as a category "Other Building Exterior" that you can change. That "Other XXXX" exists in each Item under Systems. I'm a WW user, not staff from HG.
