WISH LIST AND QUESTION

There are several things I would like to discuss here.

 

 

(1) I have previously inquired about some sort of time limit that Realtors have access to a report - (selectable) i.e. 30, 45, 60, 90 days.

 

(2) Would like to see something similar for limiting clients ability to forward / share after a selectable time frame, i.e. 90 days - 5 yrs.

 

(3) Would like to see that third parties are NOT able to forward, share, print, save reports. And or prevent access to a report after 10 days. Or both. 

 

Below is another incident:

 

I realize that at times a contractor will get a copy of the repair request and sometimes that includes the report or summary with photo's.  So maybe limiting saving / printing to repair request only would not be a bad idea. 

 

There is a big problem with some people reselling these reports, that is one of the main reasons for this email and requests.

 

(4) Maybe some sort of edit feature that a licensee can use to select a date range of reports, to prevent reports being forwarded / shared as mentioned above.  Going back and edit each report would take a very long time.  And for some inspectors - it is not feasible due to the vast amount of reports they have.

 

NUMBER 5: It's annoying;

(5) When I send the report, it includes the Inspection Agreement (attached), client also signs one prior to the inspection through DocuSign (I require it). The part when sending the report out "agreement not signed" that needs to be checked every time is annoying. Can you create a check box for the inspector that would over ride this?  I even have one (inspection agreement) in HG that I uploaded.

 

 

(6) While in HG for a few hours - it freezes up - like as if I ran out of memory or something.  I have tried to send the crash notice but when I click the message box - it tells me I have no associated email.

How do I correct this? And what could be causing these crashes?  I notice it is about to freeze up when I drag and drop an image and attempt to edit by adding text and or highlighting an area with the magnifier. The end result is I loose some of my work - program closes - have to reopen and re-enter my work at the point the incident took place.  I have it set to auto save every minute now.

 

By the way - my system ram is G.Skill DDR4 - 3200 Quad Channel 256 GB, Processor: AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 3955WX 16 Core (3.90 GHz). HD is a 4 TB - Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus M2 X4 NVME ssd  - my main board is the ASUS PRO WS WRX80E- Graphics is 10 GB, and the system is hybrid water cooled - My system isn't lacking by any means and when I am working in HG, the only thing open is the program, a file folder with photo's and periodically a web page to https://www.building-center.org/hvac-table-of-contents-2/ to look up dates.
