Forms not working correctly

When I add a new picture page to the 4-point or FL Wind Mitigation Form and make it append to previous form the original form goes blank.  I have tried every form and it does it for all forms.  I updated to the latest version and am using the newest forms.  This is something new since the update.  Anyone have a fix?

  Hey there Charles,

  I think I understand the issue you are having.  Try this out and let me know if it resolves the problem.

  1. Go to the top toolbar of the software and click on Options ->Form Options

  2. Uncheck the box Secure PDF Forms and click OK.

  

  3. Now try to do a preview of the first page of the form.  With the extra picture pages set to Append to Previous.

  Thank you for your help.  That worked like a charm.  I'm back up and running...
